Photo Retouching Outsourcing team cordially thanks you for using our website. By choosing our service for your retouching needs, you are entering into a professional partnership. We want to provide you with a good user experience.
These terms are mentioned to protect your information. We want to define our commitment to your visual quality. Please read them to understand how we manage your projects.
Image Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of every image you upload. By submitting your photos to us, you give us a temporary license to edit, retouch, and process. Those files are processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You confirm that you have the legal permissions for all content you provide. We will never use your images for our own marketing or portfolio without your consent.
Service Commitment
Our team is dedicated to providing high-end manual retouching. We try our best to meet your specific brand standards. You can request other required post-processing services, such as ghost mannequin effects, high-fashion retouching, e-commerce product editing, and other editing services.
We commit to delivering professional results. But the final outcome depends significantly on the quality of the original file you provide.
Timelines and Delivery
We understand the value of time in every project. We provide estimated turnaround times based on the difficulties of your project. We are devoted to meeting every deadline.
We are not liable for delays caused by technical outages and unclear instructions. Your files will be delivered via a secure download link. You can also ask for your preferred file-sharing platform.
Revisions and Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If the edited images do not align with your original instructions, you can request revisions within 5 days of delivery. We will happily adjust the work at no extra cost.
Please note that if you change your mind about the creative direction and provide new instructions, these will be treated as new tasks. It may incur additional fees. It’s applicable for instruction outside the original brief.
Payments and Billing
To keep our retouching process efficient, we require payment through our secure billing system. For large-volume outsourcing projects, we can discuss custom invoicing cycles.
Because our work involves custom digital artists. Payments are non-refundable once the retouching process has begun. However, if we are unable to complete your project for any reason, a full refund for the unedited images will be issued immediately.
Restricted Content
We maintain a professional studio environment. You agree not to submit images that are illegal, promote hate speech, and interfere with the privacy of others. We reserve the right to refuse any project that violates these ethical standards.
Limitation of Liability
We provide high-quality retouching service. We are not responsible for any indirect business losses. The same thing will be applicable for lost profits and missed publication deadlines.
Photo Retouching Outsourcing is not liable for the use of our edited files. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final images. Before they go to print and website, you should review it.
Updates to Our Terms
Digital laws are changing frequently. To cope up with the changes, we have to update these terms to better serve you. Any changes will be posted here. It will be applied to all orders placed after the update. Your continued use of our website means your agreement to these terms.
